Pizza Bolis

on Friday approximately 7:20 I ordered pizza online through the pizza boil online ordering system so about 7:50 I received a call from the driver Wele stating he was outside ...I stated to him that I had a procedure done on my foot and I could not walk outside and I also had two small children that I did not want to leave unattended he asked me was I gonna give him a tip I stated that it was very rude and unprofessional to ask for money and he said well call the store and tell them your driver don't wanna get out the car to deliver your food ...at this point I'm shocked like wowwww all this because I asked him to deliver my food so I call the store and speak to Nilhar Ali and he ask me do I have anyone to come out I re explain the situation and he says I can get the driver to bring the food back and get it redelivered but I can't make him come to your door which was ridiculous cause who is really incharge so I finally gather the strength to get my food and he gave it to a stranger I was livid and very disappointed I've supported this brand for so long and I also felt racially targeted because I was African American I was embarrassed and ashamed and felt kinda hurt that no-one had sympathy for my disability

She calls the Manger inside the store tell him them problem. The manager comes into the store takes my receipt and stares at it for about 2 minutes, then try to convince me to keep what I did not order.

So they go to cook the pasta I actually order and once it done the earlier mention young lady bring me my food, and yes I look in it and did not see any pitted olives, ask her she stated it in there under the sauce. I get home no olives calls back to inform them they pass me around to 4 different ppl. So yes I am upset that I have to go back to get my refund cause that is what I want at this point. After charging me 18.00 for a pasta dish that was all wrong wasting my gas .

I will never and I spend alot of money with them never you have lost a patron. I work to hard for my money to let ppl just do what they want to you when you are spending money with their establishment.

ordered some subs from Pizza Boli's to be delivered, what a major disappointment. On the online ordering they wanted $1.25 to add lettuce, $1.25 to add tomato, $1.25 if we wanted mayo on the sub and another $1.25 to add ketchup.

So to add those 4 things that other locations include on a sub would be an additional $5. You could get 1 add on item at no additional cost like onions, mayo, peppers but anything else was an extra $1.25 per item. So I ordered a cheeseburger sub with onions and the other sub we ordered was a cheese steak with peppers, at $12.99 each sub. We didn't add on anything to them at the extra cost per item.

Well the subs arrive and both were cold.

The cheese burger sub had no cheese, a few scattered onions, was dried out and flavorless. (see pic) The cheese steak also had no cheese on it, was also dry and didn't have the peppers requested on it.
